A special shoutout to Tariq, he truly went above and beyond. His positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to help with anything we needed made a huge difference. He treated our belongings with great care and made sure everything was placed exactly where we wanted it. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and personable.

I’ve used these guys twice and I can’t recall experiencing such professional and personal customer service. They moved me the first time from the airport to the my condo then again from one condo to another. Both times they took amazing care of my stuff and re wrapped some fragile things for me!!
I’ve had some poor experience with other companies on previous moves however Tarek was a breath of fresh air!! Thank you once again!!

Tarek and his team are simply amazing! Hiring 1Pro Moving was one of the best decisions I've ever made. They work seamlessly with little communication and/or direction, they know exactly what needs to be done and they get right to it. NEW November 2025******** 4 1/2 years later we were faced with moving again and we needed movers that we could trust. Of course I called Tarek at 1 Pro moving. It was like reconnecting with a friend as he remembered my family and asked about each of them by name. I had very little notice prior to moving day and he was extremely accomodating. Tarek and his team did a great job with our move. They were on time, worked efficiently, and handled everything carefully. You can tell they have experience because the whole process was smooth and well organized.
Tarek was easy to communicate with and very professional from start to finish. Moving is usually stressful, but they made it much easier.

The 1pro team was great in helping me pack up my father's house from across the province. They had the best rates and Tarek and team handled the clean out, removal ( sending certain items to charity) and shipment of items. The items arrived right on schedule. Would definitely use them again.
